It was still a good...

Liked: First, front desk customer service. They were very welcoming and accommodating. I feel very comfortable walking up to see friendly faces to seek help.Second, breakfast buffet crew. They were very helpful and hardworking. They always made sure people had good clean tables, and go extra mile to provide what we needed.Third, accessibility. The property is close to everything. Disneyland is about 10-minutes walk, lots of restaurants close by, and pharmacy is just across the hotel.Fourth, comfortable beds. The beds were warm and soft with soft and clean pillows and sheets. Fifth, housekeeping did a great job! They provided us with clean towels and toiletries when we needed them.
Disliked: In the kitchen, the dishwasher was rusty and had stains or soap residues. It needs to be cleaned for next guest to use.The window shade, had loose rod that fell off.

Disliked: The hallways were really hot for some reason. The pool was closed.

Liked: Breakfast was great - lots of variety.The room was as described. Spacious compared to other hotels we stay at in the area.The staff was helpful and nice.
Disliked: You have to pay for parking, which is expensive.The pull-out bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable.

Great hotel in a good...

Liked: Very spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, close to Disneyland, Great view of fireworks from room, Breakfast included and had a guest laundry
Disliked: Have been charged daily for self parking when we didn't even have a car.
