Disappointing

Disliked: The pool was supposed to be heated it was freezing cold the breakfast is absolutely nasty my outlets in the room were falling out the wall and the bathroom door kept sliding open and when you locked it you couldn't unlock it I will never stay at the Hyatt House again

Staff was nice, building was...

Liked: Restaurant and front desk staff were nice. The breakfast was okay but not great. Some mornings our breakfast was over or under cooked (eggs, potatoes).
Disliked: The pool was not available to us for 2 days. This was one of the main reasons we decided to stay here. I’m not usually one to complain but this really changed the mood of our trip and I felt I could’ve stayed at a cheaper hotel if I wanted less amenities with subpar services.

Fabulous stay, will book again.

Liked: The breakfast was great, staff was friendly and welcoming
Disliked: the beds were not that comfy and our door latch gt stuck so we were locked out our room but they were quick to fix it. also there were no cleaning done to our room.. they only gave us another roll of toilet paper. Since it was a suit there should have been a broom or something for us to use to clean the kitchen floors.
