Overall, we are pleased with...

Liked: Excellent location. Just a quick drive to Universal Studios. We took Lyft which was a lot cheaper than driving our car and paying for parking.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay. Would have preferred if the yogurt was served individually packed as opposed to being lumped in a big bowl.

Superb

Liked: Good value for 4 nights stay for a family of 5. The majority of staff was friendly which is a BIG decision factor in staying at a hotel like Hyatt.
Disliked: The only negative was the unreliable Shuttle bus service they use to help transport Hyatt patrons to Universal Parks.
