Great location and all we...

Liked: Small but comfortable rooftop bar. Competitive valet pricing and convenient. Helpful staff, excellent location - delicious restaurant across the street (Zoi Mediterranean) and matcha /coffee shop at end of street (Blank St). Quick easy walk to Madison Sq garden
Disliked: Breakfast was just ok - wouldn't pay for it. Avocado toast with eggs

Superb

Liked: 6 nights with my family at [Hotel Name] and had a wonderful experience.The location is excellent—just a short walk to Times Square and many other attractions, which made it very convenient for sightseeing with the family.The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The restaurant offered a good breakfast with plenty of options, and the staff there were especially kind and attentive.Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York.
Disliked: The only minor concern was the air conditioning in the room—it wasn’t too loud, but the background noise was noticeable at night.

Liked: The location is perfect, the staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast package was a nice touch.
Disliked: The AC was a bit loud but did the work - a must with over 85 degrees outside.

Great hotel

Liked: Great location and a very warm welcome from Aidan. The rooftop is amazing and we loved the complimentary drinks. The New York cheesecake was delicious and eating it with a view of the Empire State Building was unforgettable.
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but the service was too slow, we had to wait a long time even if there are not many tables.
