Very impressed with this place. By far the best hotel I've stayed at in NY.

Liked: Very clean; updated; spacious; great service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Best view, poor facilities and...

Liked: Amazing view of the Empire State Building.
Disliked: The rooftop bar wasn't open as apparently it isn't summertime despite it being June. Only one of two lifts worked so took a long time waiting (over 10 minutes) for lifts as a couple of hundred people had to use one lift - no notification of either of these issues prior to staying which was a shame as we would not have booked. Tiny rooms and minimal space for clothes and no space for luggage. Staff curt and had to request room cleaning everyday. Disappointing as it was expensive! Had a much better experience at a hotel in Soho and better priced too.

Disliked: Bad attitude from receptionist. .Not honest : he told me that a security deposit extra 250 US dollars will be refunded after two weeks but never received and they stopped responding to my emails .The room was smelly lights not working, coffee machine not working it took them 36 hours to send another one Very small lobby no comfortable place to sit
