It was a perfect haven...

Liked: So quiet in the middle of the city!Rooftop area.Cleaners so accommodating and pleasant.Loved Janelle and Mo.Taion treated me very well when I needed to stay an extra night because I’d been scammed by another hotel (which was going to be cheaper and closer to haul luggage to train).
Disliked: Coffee downstairs (morning) could be a little bit stronger and flavourful.

friendly staff but mixed messages...

Liked: the rooftop
Disliked: They advertised breakfast included and the front desk clerk said it was included but the next morning one of the staff in the breakfast area told me it was set up for a specific travel group and we would have to pay $19 if we wanted to eat it. also, the breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am but everything was cleaned up at 9, including the coffee station.

Great Rooftop terrace and staff!

Liked: Great location. Roof top terrace is spectacular. Staff were awesome.
Disliked: Room was nice, our only complaint is The floor edging to transition from carpet to laminate in the room was painful on the feet. It ran the length around the bed. We stubbed our toes many times. We had to wear shoes. Needs an upgrade.

Best view, poor facilities and...

Liked: Amazing view of the Empire State Building.
Disliked: The rooftop bar wasn't open as apparently it isn't summertime despite it being June. Only one of two lifts worked so took a long time waiting (over 10 minutes) for lifts as a couple of hundred people had to use one lift - no notification of either of these issues prior to staying which was a shame as we would not have booked. Tiny rooms and minimal space for clothes and no space for luggage. Staff curt and had to request room cleaning everyday. Disappointing as it was expensive! Had a much better experience at a hotel in Soho and better priced too.
