I've stayed in much worse,...

Liked: Location was convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Only one elevator working. It was slow and routinely skipped your floor. To go upstairs you had to go downstairs to the cellar, channel your inner Indiana Jones, and navigate up to your floor. Rooms need to be updated. The circa 1970s styling doesn't work, and I cut my foot on the sharp spacer dividing the carpet and floor. I know space is at a premium, but the available storage space could be greatly improved. The fridge/chandelier contraption between the beds is no bueno. All 3 of us hit our head at least once. In the end the Hyatt Herald met our needs, but overall, everyone was disappointed by the experience.

Disliked: The elevator was hell to use. Only one working so stopping on every floor. At least 20 minutes per elevator use.
