Hyatt Herald Square New York

Very impressed with this place. By far the best hotel I've stayed at in NY.

Liked: Very clean; updated; spacious; great service.
Disliked: Nothing.

Very good

Liked: The location is perfect, the staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast package was a nice touch.
Disliked: The AC was a bit loud but did the work - a must with over 85 degrees outside.

Great hotel

Liked: Great location and a very warm welcome from Aidan. The rooftop is amazing and we loved the complimentary drinks. The New York cheesecake was delicious and eating it with a view of the Empire State Building was unforgettable.
Disliked: Breakfast was tasty but the service was too slow, we had to wait a long time even if there are not many tables.

Poor

Liked: baffling how the property snagged a hyatt license.
Disliked: unprofessional demeanor.

Reservation and payment is difference,...

Disliked: They get an extra payment for no reason. I don't smoke i don't order any extra service and even i contact with them it's not resolved. Even booking.com didnt help me..

Liked: Perfect location and a dreamy rooftop!I stayed at this hotel in the heart of New York City with my family, and my children loved it too. The location is simply fantastic, within easy reach of the city’s main attractions on foot or by public transport. The rooms were spotless, tidy, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and always helpful. The rooftop is truly a highlight: breathtaking views of the city, perfect for a sunset cocktail or a special dinner. Everything was perfect — I will definitely come back!
