Liked: It's in a great spot, really close to everything.
Disliked: It would be better if there was a laundry room

This is the second time...

Liked: The room was clean, with an everything we needed. The price isn’t bad and location quite central
Disliked: Unfortunately the man at the valet out the front with the towels and umbrellas was so rude and condescending to my partner. My partner was very friendly and asked a couple of simple questions, it seemed like the man serving had a problem with him and we couldn’t figure out why. Each time we went through the doors we were nervous he was there - he was that off putting. A shame because the rest of the staff are lovely.

Liked: Nice central location, a/c works great, clean room, nice tub, and fancy toilet.
Disliked: An outdoor patio would be nice. Thats about it great place.

Pricey for an outdated Hyatt

Liked: The hotel is very centric in the middle of Waikiki. It offers beach chairs and towels. The room we got was very big and had a great view to the skyline. Unlimited coffee and water available.
Disliked: The furniture in the room looked old for a high class hotel. We were on honeymoon and they didnt prepare anything special for us. Late check out needed to be requested on the day of departure and was declined. They didnt answer any of my questions before going to the hotel. Always referring to ask reception on arrival.
