Good location not very family...

Liked: Clean staff were professional, helpful and courteous
Disliked: Not much facilities couldn't go on rooftop bar with children at all not even in the day time and not much else for kids in hotel

Great place to stay for...

Liked: A very nice welcome at check in made for a smooth and fast process. Our room was spacious and comfortable which was nice for relaxing after a busy day. The location was wonderful for exploring, but also nice to be tucked down a block from Times Square. Upon check out, a reasonably priced car service was offered to take us to the airport which was comfy and quick!

It was not good.

Liked: The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
Disliked: I was double charged by your staff, who insisted it was Booking.com’s fault. The way the blame was shifted onto me and others is unacceptable.This is not the first troubling experience I’ve had with Hyatt. At another Hyatt property, while using the swimming pool and spa, my credit card was stolen by staff. Now I have been double charged.These repeated incidents make me feel scammed when dealing with Hyatt. I strongly suggest that Hyatt management investigate these issues and retrain your staff to ensure guests are treated fairly and respectfully.
