terrible experience. great location, horrible...

Liked: great location, room, amenities, and breakfast. no complaints there
Disliked: We had an early train to catch so my entire family signed up for breakfast-to-go on the website for a very specific time (ensuring we would be able to make our train). When we came to get it ... NOTHING had been made! We were instructed to wait for it to be prepared - which took an additional 30 minutes. We wound up missing our train as a result. The manager of the hotel said he would "make this right" and I assumed that meant I would receive some sort of refund to our credit card. Nothing ever was done. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will instruct others not to as well.

Liked: Location was good, and room was spacious and clean.
Disliked: Rates were high.

Liked: Everything was perfect. Localization in the heart of TS. Very kind and helpful staff. Amazing window view. Beautiful design of the room. Nice pillows and wide beds. I would definitely choose again this hotel during my next stay in NYC.
Disliked: Very loud AC that was drilling in my brain with its sound. I need to turned it off to fell a sleep. Few someones hairs in the room and bathroom.

Great hotel on Times square,...

Liked: Location is excellent, right on Times square. Room with 2 queen size beds was big with a view of the skyscrapers in the area. Overall, very comfortable
Disliked: Room service was in takeaway bags (as advertised by the hotel), no option of proper meals in the room with cutlery

Nice perfectly located hotel, friendly...

Liked: It is perfectly located if you want to be close to Times Square, it is not on the main busy street and in that sense is much better located. The rooms were good, we unfortunately didn't get to visit the terrace bar on the 54th floor which was supposed to be very good. Front office staff Eva was an absolute delight and very helpful as well. All in all we had a very good stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

Stay here for a perfect...

Liked: Fantastic property, very comfortable, modern and clean. The room view was outstanding. Perfect location for a weekend in Broadway… and, most of all, the nicest, kindest, and most effective staff!
Disliked: Nothing

Will never be back. For...

Liked: Room was close to 80 degrees. Staff said they would fix it while we were away, did not want to offer any concessions. Left for dinner and show dripping with sweat and wet clothes.
Disliked: Things happen, but they could have been acted like they were disappointed about it and actually wanted me to come back. Instead they made very little effort to even care and did not want to do anything more than a net $40 credit to my room.
