Generally my family had a good time but all the stress at check out was unnerving.

Liked: Nice hotel.
Disliked: The way the hotel charges were not explained upon check out. Malik, however was wonderful. Too bad all the employees are not like him.

Excellent location, friendly staff, amenities...

Liked: The rooftop pool and night time fire pits with 360 degree views of Long Beach. Excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and boardwalk. Gym has a wide variety of equipment and open 24 hours.
Disliked: Hallways and somethings under renovation or construction.

Liked: The pool was warm, bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The staff was so rude! The housekeeper was the only one who even acknowledged our existence and smiled. She was amazing. Everyone at the front desk barely took their eyes off the computer long enough to see we were at the front desk. RBF scowling face to the extreme every time we entered the building, as if we were bothering them. We almost went somewhere else. Shower was never warm and water pressure was terrible. Very expensive hotel to be treated like 2nd class with subpar utilities.
