A nice, clean, modern hotel.

Liked: Large, modern, comfortable room. Best bathroom facilities of the trip. Curtains did a very good job of blocking the light. An easy walk to/from many local attractions.
Disliked: Parking. The parking garage was impossible to find, and the hotel website and reservation emails didn't mention the location at all. I had to park in a bus zone while my wife went in to ask where to park. And the garage is very tight with very few spaces. Not sure what I would have had to do if it was full. Better communication would help a lot: both on how to access parking, and a way to reserve a spot ahead of time.

Disliked: We usually like a self service and found being waited on we had hot and cold together which we didn’t like

Liked: Very clean central and accompanying of our needs.
Disliked: Upon departure we discovered that a 200 euro additional cost had been added to our room for no reason. We asked why and were advised it was a system glitch which happens apparently. If I had not seen it we would have been down 200 euro for our trip! Not good enough but appreciate the young lady at reception immediately reversing it. My issue is if I had not seen it I would have suffered the loss.

Liked: The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's great to have car parking on site with a city hotel. Ideally located too for a visit to the Guinness store house.
