An unexpected surprise of a...

Liked: The Cathedral Suite was a fantastic room with a wonderful corner view, so much space, and nicely decorated. The female concierge who checked me in was very polite/helpful and the porter was incredibly kind, helpful with my luggage and helped me figure some things out about my room. The cleaning staff were attentive and friendly. I loved the location- great restaurants and shops. Could walk 15 minutes to most places including St. Stephen’s Green. (I prefer not to stay in the noise of Temple Bar. )The whole experience was a very pleasant surprise!

Liked: Great hotel. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay!
Disliked: Twin beds a should have been separated with independent comforter, etc. The picture on the website had the twins beds separated.

Decent hotel with super comfy...

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best beds I've ever slept in and Im used to a very expensive mattress and silk sheets. There were thick pillows and thin / firm. Again, firm is perfect for me. Air-conditioning system is good. Shower was good. TV was good spec and massive. Underground car park with electric car charging point.
Disliked: The mini bar was empty which is one of my pet hates.

Overall a lovely stay and...

Disliked: Staff were very pleasant. Had breakfast once only on a three night stay. Unfortunately, the cooked breakfast was brought to our table when we hadn’t finished our cereal. As it was table service and not serve yourself (as in Birmingham, UK for example), then staff should really watch to see when it is time for the next course.
