Liked: Lovely hotel right by in the heart of Miami Beach with the beach really close by and with free beach lounges which was a really nice added perk

Excellent Stay at Hyatt Centric...

Liked: We recently stayed in a Deluxe King Room with Ocean View and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a large walk-in shower that made our stay extra comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything spotless. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of South Beach, just steps from everything. The beach is literally across the street by the Loews Hotel, and we appreciated that beach chairs and towels were included in our stay. The hotel also provides two bottles of water per day per room, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff was warm and pleasant, always greeting us with a smile and making check-in/check-out seamless. Overall, the service matched the quality of the property. Between the prime location, modern and clean rooms, great staff, and thoughtful amenities, our stay was truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning to Hyatt Centric South Beach on our next Miami trip!

Liked: Great location, renovated looks nice updated, usb charging ports, spacious bathroom, good storage
Disliked: TV was temperamental, wouldnt turn on then wouldnt turn off. Had to get engineer to come in and reset tv. He told us he has to reset them every 3 days. lucky we only stayed 1 nightWe tried to get call the reception desk a few times when we were outside but no one picked up/it didnt connect through (this was during the daytime)
