Liked: Good location, the room was big and silent
Disliked: I payed for breakfast but they did not honor breakfast included as I payed, and charged me for what I had for every day at breakfast over 25 dollars (and nothing on the breakfast menu is under 25usd, so its a scam) I am now asking Booking or the hotel to refund me for what they charged me. Also cleaning service did not clean my room twice, which I also had included. No reasonable explanation for that.

Liked: Good location. Staff was super helpful when issue arose. Clean rooms.
Disliked: Our first room didn’t have a working AC. They attempted to fix (we left for a Giants game in San Fransisco), when we came back after they said it was working it was even hotter than when we left. Staff was great to get us another room with a working AC. Although the second room was much smaller and the door to the bathroom could barely be closed. It was extremely hard to pull shut. They didn’t offer anything off for the inconvenience of having to move all our stuff over to a new room at 11 at night.
