Liked: During check-in, the front desk staff was very friendly and took the time to thoroughly introduce the operating hours of all the restaurants in the hotel. When we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, he warmly responded that he hadn’t known in advance, so he wasn’t able to prepare a surprise for our arrival — but assured us that a honeymoon surprise would be arranged during our stay.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the honeymoon surprise that was promised during check-in never arrived throughout our stay.The hairdryer in the room seemed quite old and in need of replacement. It became sticky from heat, which was very unpleasant to the touch. Additionally, it had a loose connection and only worked when held in a very specific position — any slight movement would cause it to lose power.After checking in, we called to request a kettle, but it never came. We had to make a second call before someone finally brought it to our room.The night before check-out, I asked the overnight front desk staff if I could store my luggage, as I would be traveling to another city the next day. He quickly replied that it was possible, but when I mentioned that I needed to store it for one day and be back the day after check out, he immediately said it wasn't allowed. I would suggest confirming the full details before saying "yes" to guests, to avoid any disappointment. However, I was truly grateful the next morning when a different staff member kindly allowed me to store my luggage after understanding I only needed to leave it for one day. This thoughtful gesture really made a positive difference in our trip — I’m very thankful for that.At check-out, we asked the bell staff to arrange a car for us and provided our destination in advance. However, when the driver arrived, he had no idea where we were going, and we had to repeat the destination again.

For a quick stay in...

Liked: We booked this location as we wanted to be close to the train station. Short walk to Main Street for restaurants.
Disliked: We went to use the sauna to find it locked. Then read you had to pay for it as a spa package wasn’t told at check-in ,would of liked the sauna to be included in our rate.
