Positive experience, but a little...

Liked: The location is near to everything you want to do. I like Tesla drop-off service within 2 miles. I like the positive attitude of staff.
Disliked: Mattress was not comfortable. Water was not complementary in the room.

Hyatt Centric Las Olas is...

Liked: Immaculate rooms, perfect bedding, good toiletries, soft towels, beach gear free to use, and clean facilities all around.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had very noisy upstairs neighbours and had to bother the staff a couple of times because it was impossible to sleep.

worst reception staff ever

Liked: Starbucks in the hotel.
Disliked: The staff at the reception was the worst I have ever experienced. No Good Day, no smile, arguing with colleagues in front of guests, unfriendly.I am impressed you can get a job in Florida with an attitude like that.
