Liked: This was our third stay at the Hyatt Centric. Very nice hotel in a great location on Las Olas Boulevard - tons of restaurants and shops and the Riverwalk all outside the door.

Liked: Fantastic rainfall shower, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable.

Liked: It’s a Hyatt. It’s like every other Hyatt, you feel like u are in a Hyatt but a particularly clean one
Disliked: It’s a Hyatt. It’s like every other Hyatt, you feel like u are in a Hyatt. Also no one is going above and beyond. I left some hard to replace medication in the room fridge. I called later the same day to try and get it back. It took 3 days to get a reply after using their automated system to say it wasn’t found. So either they didn’t look, didn’t clean the fridge, or housekeeping for some reason wants other peoples medication or housekeeping just couldn’t be bothered to know the difference between someone’s leftovers and their medication and just threw it out. Expecting more isn’t really expecting much. So it’s solid just don’t expect more than the minimum
