Will never trust the staff...

Liked: The staff cancelled my reservation made in January at the last minute and before check in. I called 2 hours before check in to confirm and they told me the room was not quite ready but I could drop my bags and use the facilities . At 3:30 I tried to check in and was told they didn’t have room for me. Horrible experience. Tried to book me in a hotel 3 miles from downtown on the outer fringe of key west. I declined and got a room T the pier house.

Decent option but too expensive...

Liked: Nice Room. Nice Location. Staff were all very nice.
Disliked: Expensive for what you get. There was no password protected wifi available, not even for purchase, so I was not able to connect to my work computer. Before traveling to the hotel, I tried calling ahead several times to find out information on parking and a roll away cot and was never able to connect with anyone. I don't think I have ever been charged nightly for a cot, so that was a $60+ surprise. Pool is 3 foot deep, and small. The hot tub is warmish, and both close at sundown -LAME! The beach was not maintained at all and that area is more of a jet ski parking lot now.

Great place to stay if...

Liked: Good clean premise and in the prime location. Lots of stuff to do around.
Disliked: Very expensive for the services offered.

We had a wonderful time...

Disliked: Would be nice to have a sitting area in the room for 2 people.

Key West from Tennessee

Liked: Best hotel in Key West in my opinion. The absolute perfect location right at Mallory square. Beautiful facilities inside and out. Absolutely amazing views out the rear of the hotel of the Gulf of America. The staff at this hotel was so good I'll be coming here for years to come. They were so helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Having to leave

Had a lovely stay at...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location close to the Marina, shops and Bars on Duval Street. Room was a good size but not the most luxurious I have stayed in but still nice. I did feel it was expensive but I would stay again.
Disliked: Décor a little tired and patched up cracked tiles on floor

Disliked: For the Hyatt brand of hotel we are used to.... this particular hotel does not meet the Hyatt standards in our opinion.
