Liked: High ceilings, comfortable beds, and very accommodating and friendly staff.
Disliked: Although I booked a balcony room, it was an inside balcony and I was never informed of the specification between inside and outside. I was disappointed.

Liked: Everything went well with this hotel.
Disliked: Our issue was that our original hotel unexpectedly cancelled our reservation hours prior to arrival and left us to find other accommodations last minute. Very disappointed in the original hotels treatment of us.
