Hotel stay did not allow...

Liked: The staff was very nice, room was clean.
Disliked: We had a room facing Canal street and we were never able to sleep because of the extremely loud noise into the night. The loud music, cars racing, people playing drums on buckets, and this went on until 3-4:00am. The room windows should have sound insulation. We were never told that the room was facing this street and we paid a lot of money for this room.

Liked: Great customer service!! Tracy and Kevin were excellent. Tracy very pleasant and accommodating. Kevin helped us with all our tours great advice. Wonderful concierge!! He was always there for guests helping. Thank you Kevin and Tracy.
