It was our first time to stay at the Hyatt Centric. We would probably stay there in the future.

Liked: I loved the valet parking, the bathrobes, the room amenities, the downstairs bar.
Disliked: Not much of a view.

Liked: the lady at reception is great help, the hoterl is very clen and comfortable. AC and mattress are 7 star. they provide fresh cockies and evey fay. alsoee have credit of 5$ every day from samll grocery store. the staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and new.
Disliked: nothing but no availabil bell boy staff, only one for valley parking and everything.

Superb

Liked: Location was perfect. We walked everywhere. One thing that was uncomfortable was there was no top bed sheet. Asked for one and was delivered right away. Plus more decaf coffee.

Liked: the pool and gym and room other than storage. location was good
Disliked: storage in the room was too limited and the cost per night plus parking didn’t include breakfast which made it expensive and not great value compared to all the other cities i have stayed in in the usa
