Hyatt Centric Downtown Nashville

Liked: Clean; beautiful; great staff.
Disliked: Inflation!

It was our first time to stay at the Hyatt Centric. We would probably stay there in the future.

Liked: I loved the valet parking, the bathrobes, the room amenities, the downstairs bar.
Disliked: Not much of a view.

Liked: Location and value. Close to the main strip but far enough away that didn’t hear the noise.
Disliked: View from our room was of a parking lot.

Liked: Breakfast was overpriced!Front desk service was knowledgeable, supportive and provided amenities needed.Convenient luggage secure before check in and after check out.
Disliked: More brochures of activities.

Liked: Great location in downtown Nashville, short walking distance to Broadway. Great value too, liked how valet parking was included in the price of the room
Disliked: No hot tub out by the pool

Our stay was amazing.

Liked: great location. I think the price of the room was raised because of the concert.
Disliked: Valet was a disappointment when we tried to leave @11:30 pm. We were ready to head home after a concert. The Valet was nowhere to be found! We waited an hour. Others had been waiting longer. A few of us decided to go look in the parking garage. He finally brought someone's car out. We just asked for our keys to go get our own car. I don't think the gentleman was in any shape to be driving. It took him several minutes to find our keys. I feel sure he was struggling to find the car he had gone after. Or he had fallen asleep........
