Amazing rooms! Probably the nicest hotel I've stayed at. I was actually sad I didn't spend more time in the room. It was comfortable, affordable, and classy at the same time. The room service was delicious, the staff was nice, and it felt like a platinum level hotel. I highly recommend.

Poor communication
Disliked: We were supposed to stay here in June but we were not warned that the hotel has completely closed due to an electrical fire. We arrived late at night due to a delayed flight to find signs on the doors saying “closed.” We had to stay at the hotel across the street. My main problem is that absolutely nobody communicated this to us before arriving. They had a staff member posted in the lobby to inform people of the closure and to get them into a different hotel. Why couldn’t calls have been made ahead of arrival? Overall, very poor communication.

It was an absolute nightmare...
Liked: The
Disliked: The only failure was on the part of Booking.com, not anyone associated with the hotel. They tried to blame everything on the hotel staff and stated I was being "lied to and manipulated " by them. My reservation, which was paid for, several months in advance was never sent to or confirming by the hotel. Booking.com insisted that I had to pay an additional $150 to release my reservation, but per the hotel ther was no info sent and no rooms were available regardless. Booking is unreliable, untrustworthy and are as dishonest and shady as the day is long. I will be sure to tell EVERYONE not to work with them and not to trust them either.

Dissatisfied: My card was charged...
Disliked: My card was wrongly charged for breakfast, which was included in my reservation with Booking.com. I discussed the issue with those working at the hotel reception three times: before breakfast, after breakfast, and also over email. I was assured that the charge was corrected, however my card was charged in full. I followed up by email a week ago but have not yet received a response.

Liked: Wonderful staff and hotel looks amazing from the inside, guestrooms and common areas. High end finishes. The gym is massive and lots of fun.
Disliked: No parking except valet. Very expensive valet at 52 dollars per night.
