Liked: Receptionist was extremely helpful and was always smiling. She seemed new as she was getting assistance from someone else but she was extremely good
Disliked: Breakfast seemed chaotic. I just wanted coffee but I was asked to just wait at the bar - which I did for a good 5-10 minutes. Waiter acted extremely flustered

Disliked: I felt not good quality of service overall. Bad experience in the bar on 1st floor... There was a hair in food. I told that and how the bar staff responded was terrible. Staffs there were not very attentive. Some staffs didn’t look neat.A towel in my room had relatively big orange/brown stain… disgusting.Valet parking $59. Long line to park in the evening.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable; bathroom was clean & spacious
Disliked: The listing mentioned parking, but didn't disclose how much it cost. We were disappointed to learn that it was valet-only, and was over $50/night! I then had to scramble to find cheaper nearby parking options, which was a pain.Also, when asked for 2 wine glasses to take to our room, we were told that that wasn't possible and were given 2 plastic Solo cups instead. Really?!?!

Disliked: They put me in room #201. When I laid my head on the my pillow I hear a vibration coming from beneath the room. I got dressed and went downstairs about 11:00 PM to request another room they told me that none were available. I ended up sleeping on a small couch in a adjoining room which was very uncomfortable for my 6 Ft. 4" body. I complain on checkout and they gave me a $75 discount. After think about it, I believe they new that the room had a vibration problem and yet assigned it to be anyway since I was only spending one night. I expected better from a Hyatt hotel.
