Liked: We love the location and the price of this hotel.
Disliked: We needed to go to the microwaves on the second floor, and the rooms and doors were not well marked.

Liked: I liked how close the hotel was to Denver city even though it was very quiet. The staff in the hotel were much younger than me but very good at providing me with info about Dencer city. I really had a great time at the hotel and would highly recommend it too. Thank you.
Disliked: I did not use the bottled water in my room as it was not free.

Liked: I felt very safe at this location traveling alone for an event.

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was just as advertised. They gave me a free upgrade to a higher floor room. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a hotel. The roof top terrace was a great place to relax with stunning views.

Comfortable and convenient

Liked: Centrally located. The hotel felt safe and secure, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The room was comfy.
Disliked: Kind of on the edge of downtown; definitely a little sketchy at night.

Hotel was well located but...

Liked: Centrally located, nice size room.
Disliked: The coffeemaker in the room was broken, there were no instructions for using what appeared to be a refrigerator drawer (coolish but not cold) and you were expected to pay for any morning coffee which was only available at the restaurant. There were 2 water bottles in the room, but they were $4 each unless you were a member of the Hyatt “club.”
