Disliked: Change the sheets and towels they had holes in

Rooms were decent. Relatively clean....

Disliked: No conciergeTerrible bar Marginal restaurant Reception personnel not very nice. I felt like every time I had a question I was imposing on them. No pool No outside space

Liked: The breakfast was delicious. There was a large variety of foods to accomodate any taste.

Liked: great location and clean hotel and big rooms
Disliked: parking is very expensive (70$ overnight until 5pm only!). the bed is very uncomfortable, which is a big negative point although everything else was great!

Great place to stay.

Liked: Beautiful and very clean hotel, great location.
Disliked: It was a difficult process to stay an extra day and we had to go down in the morning and check out to check back in.

Great location hotel but disappointed...

Liked: Location was great and easy to walk into town. Clean room and shared spaces.
Disliked: Breakfast on day 1 staff were very helpful with one of our group being Gluten free. Reassuring that all was properly GF. Day 2 - different staff not as helpful. Having to buy orange juice for breakfast! Surely this should be included in a buffet breakfast! We ate in Patchwork for our evening meal. A couple of items on the menu stated they were Gluten Free, but on asking we discovered that they would be fried in the same fryer as Gluten items. This is NOT Gluten free and shouldn't be advertised as such. Thankfully they did work out a meal that was GF. The fan in the restoom of the bedroom going all night! Surely this can be turned off. We found it disturbing. We also found the lights on the sides of the bed disturbing when getting up in the night. The lights were even triggered by the bedsheets tangling near them. Also disturbing...
