Easy access to the city...

Liked: Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly and helpful. Only had a snack in the bar and breakfast the next morning, but the food was tasty and well presented.
Disliked: thankfully we pre-booked parking otherwise its a bit of a walk to the park and ride car park.the shower cubical could have been cleaner - the grout was dirty and the shower door and around the rubber edging were filthy.

Disliked: Blocked sink and terrible tea/coffee facilities (milk was gross), and no flannels/wash cloths.

Overpriced, untrained staff, poor quality....

Disliked: Staff were disorganised and poorly trained. Room was too hot, had no air conditioning, and was dusty. Breakfast was disappointing and was also not served at the advertised time on the second day of my stay. There was no fresh coffee at breakfast, only a machine, despite the fact that staff kept coming in to make themselves espressos and then leave. Overall hotel felt cheap, tacky, and was definitely overpriced. Would not recommend.
