Disliked: Staff are not cooperative. I did not receive the deposit back into my account and tried to follow up with the hotel but no answer!

Disliked: I was very disappointed with my recent stay at Hyatt. When I booked the room, the price was clearly stated, but at checkout I was charged an additional amount of over $60 on top of the original rate. We did not have any breakfast or lunch at the hotel, and we did not use any extra services – we simply stayed overnight and left. There were no other charges we should have incurred.It feels unfair and misleading to see unexpected fees added without explanation. I would appreciate better transparency in billing and hope Hyatt will address this issue for future guests.

Too busy

Liked: Very nice upscale hotel. Food was very upscale and fancy.
Disliked: Food options very limited and anyone can use the pool by paying for day pass. Also restaurant and roof top were always packed with people who were not guest. Reservations were needed for the rooftop for sure. Valet was overwhelmed most nights with party crowds.
