Nice hotel let down by...

Liked: The location was good, just a short walk to Brickell City Centre.The terrace area with the pool is nice.
Disliked: The housekeeping needs serious attention. The room was acceptably clean, not the best. The balcony area was quite dirty.When we went to bed we found that instead of using a duvet cover, the staff had sandwiched the duvet in between two bedsheets, clearly they ran out of duvet covers. Not sure if they thought this was some kind of good idea or whether they just did it for show so they could finish quicker. Either way it defies belief.I called down to reception and she said they could send a duvet cover to the room, but she insisted I would have to make the bed myself. Imagine paying for a hotel room and being told you'd have to make the bed yourself because they couldn't be bothered to do it correctly the first time. The lady I spoke really did not seem too concerned about helping.I told them to send it up, but in the end it took so long I called back and said to forget it.Lots of noise could be heard throughout the night, including several parties, so didn't sleep the best.In the morning I went to the "Cuban" restaurant for breakfast. It was just normal food with some potatoes with a bit os spice on. The food was also super greasy and bland at the same time, didn't feel great after eating it.On checkout I thought I would give them this feedback in person, but the guy on the desk just took my room key, didn't even care to ask how my stay was.

Disliked: The rooms are rundown and in serious need of renovation.On our last night, the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and the room became uncomfortably hot.
