Aymane from the front desk...

Liked: I have not stayed in Hyatt hotels in years because of a bad experience in Florida. That all changed now. What stood out the most about my stay in VA was one person. His name is Aymane he works the front desk. He greeted us with a smile there was something very warm and kind about him. I felt welcome! Any question I had he knew the answer and offered a little extra to make my stay better then we expected. His recommendations were spot on. I love DC and the hotel location was perfect. The metro is right there. The other thing that was great I stopped at the bar for a night cap and the gentlemen bartender served us it was about 10 minutes before the bar closed. He did not rush us he let us finish our drink in peace and off to bed we went. We will be back

Things should be done only...

Liked: The location and bed was clean.
Disliked: The receptionist asked me another money. They gave me the key after 1 hour of negotiations.
