Amazing stay. Everything was perfect from the lounge, valet, pool, housekeeping etc.!

Liked: I have never been treated as well at any other hotel. My sister and I were treated like queens and the staff went above and beyond to help us. I thank you all.

The Staff was incredible during...

Liked: Downtown location is convenient and centrally located. We stayed here in the aftermath of the ‘Bomb Cyclone’ and it was packed with people who were taking refuge of having no power at their homes. The staff were amazing while dealing with a full hotel, bar and restaurant.
Disliked: I found the bed to be soft and uncomfortable.
