Liked: Great location for walking to Pike Place Market and easy access to monorail to Space Needle. Nice shopping around hotel. Hotel room large and comfortable bed. Very nice shower. Nice restaurant and bar area. Across street is another Hyatt with nice Italian restaurant. Staff very helpful with restaurant recommendations and how to navigate walking downtown safely.
Disliked: I liked everything about it. No fault of the hotel but on way down Pine Street there were homeless and drug activity in plain site which is truly sad and a shame.

Liked: The facilities were nice and the staff was lovely. Would go back just in a different room.
Disliked: The temperature of my room was hot. It was 77 degrees and no matter how many times I turned it down the temperature never went down. I turned it off it kept turning back on. I called the front desk in the middle of the night several times about it and they just kept telling me how to use it which I was doing right already. Woke up to a almost 80 degree room and it was already hot outside.

Liked: Our room was amazing and so spacious. The sradd was super helpful and face suggestions if places to go in the area. Wonderful experience.
Disliked: My bed was a little uncomfortable but everything else was amazing.
