I would recommend to friends...

Liked: No breakfast, but hotel was nice
Disliked: Overall everything was fine

Liked: neat and tidy small room. comfortable bed and good shower,- all that I needed for a short business trip.

Celebrated our 20th anniversary, arrived...

Liked: Pool was wonderful salt water, perfect temperature, and usually empty when we swam.
Disliked: Daily towels would have been nice

Overall we were very satisfied...

Liked: Location of the Inn is great. So much to do in Hyannis and all within walking distance! Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Unfortunately they stopped providing continental breakfast (last time we stayed a few years ago they did) but there are several places in town (walking distance). Getting into the pool building changed too. Last time we were there doors were unlocked. Now however they are locked so you either have to go upstairs and walk through the (hot) walkway or walk around the building to enter through the office. Indoor pool is heated but it makes the building and air very hot. As for our room the only thing was that the floor (no carpeting) wasnt clean. Our feet and/or socks were really dirty.

Liked: Bed was very comfortable, clean, AC worked great!Woman that checked us in was super nice.
Disliked: No soap in the bathroom (not at the sink or in the shower). No coffee, cups, sugar, stirrers….

Disappointed!

Liked: We liked the location as it was close to restaurants and shops. We had stayed at the location in previous years.
Disliked: It was a rough week. As stated, we stayed there two other times in the past, last being 2018. We did not have any problems or concerns in 2018. This time, there were loud people above us. The office was told several times (three to be exact) and still nothing. The noise was early in the morning and late at night - midnight to 3:00am. The light next to the bed was not able to be plugged in, so we had to get an extension cord from the office. The shower had no pressure. There was barely hot water during the week and our last day, there was no hot water at all. When I told the desk, when I was checking out, the response was just "oh yeah we don't have hot water today." The painters decided that they had to paint our windows early in the morning (7:45am). They were so loud and noisy that they woke us up and we had to tap on our window to tell them to get off the ledge outside. The painters/movers decided that it would be best to clear out furniture from either rooms above us or below us at 7:45 am. They were quite loud and didn't care that people were trying to sleep. When I checked out and told them again about the concerns, I received a rude response. It was the same girl who I spoke to twice before, who obviously did not remember me. There was no apology from her for the inconveniences and problems we encountered all week. She kept saying I should have come to the office at midnight. I stated we called and someone answered and stated they were in Nantucket. We never heard anything else. We are sad to say that we will never stay here again in the future!!!

Exceptional

Liked: The location is perfect as it is walking distance from my sister's house. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: The only thing we didn't lilke were the pillows. They were very flat.
