Liked: Super nice staff. Great suggestions on close by bars. Near tram and super easy to get to main city areas.

Liked: The receptionist who was on duty the next morning was very nice offered to move us to a normal room and compesated with a free breakfast
Disliked: We arrived late at night and were assigned a very small room with steep stairs between two levels.

Disliked: The housekeeping was loud in the morning and they didn’t clean our room after we left

A great base to explore...

Liked: The location was brilliant - right next door to vondelpark and close walking distance to leidsplein and the museums. Lots of nice places to eat and drink locally. The hotel garden was a very pleasant addition.The staff on reception were welcoming and kind.The rooms themselves were very comfortable and spacious.
Disliked: Very small lift and a sulphur smell in bathroom.

Decent for one time .

Liked: Close to the tram which takes you right in the heart of Amsterdam . Walking distance to the museum area as well . Property has a courtyard . Decent spread of breakfast . The staff was very nice .
Disliked: The stairs to reach the room were quite unique . The lift got you to the floor but then there was these stairs which had to be used for reaching your room. .quite tricky stairs if I may add ! Room is basic . The bathroom is cozy for sure . As a feedback - The pillows definitely need to go . The shape and the size of them is very random and it gave me a bad neck pain .
