Liked: The location is fantastic, very accessible to the main town. The receiption staff are very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The room was exceptionally small, if you're claustrophobic don't stay in the smallest room, it's pretty much like a closet.The room was noisy and you can hear everything outside, bottled water was only offered for one day alothough I was staying for 2 nights, for a hotel with this price I think they could have been more generous with just a bottle of water... it really doesn't add on too much of the cost. Breakfast does not worth the money at all

Lovely friendly hotel in Amsterdam,...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location near the Vondelpark, a bit removed from some of the busiest areas and therefore quieter. It was spotlessly clean and our room was spacious and immaculate. The staff were all lovely but Toby in particular was so helpful and friendly. He helped us to arrange transport to the Keukenhof and the airport. He was fab! On our last morning we enjoyed coffee in the courtyard garden which is a lovely relaxing spot. Breakfast is great with plenty of choice each day.
