Hux Hotel Kensington

i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Liked: Location was great and the staff was exceptional.A few blocks from the Tube station and anything we wanted the staff helped with.

Liked: A lovely boutique hotel with a great design, we really liked the design.The staff is pleasant and welcoming. They always responded with a smile and kindness to any question or request, and helped as best they could.The rooms are also pleasantly decorated and very clean, but they are very small.The location is excellent (relative to the neighborhood which is not exactly in the center) and the nearest subway station is a 5-6 minute walk.

Liked: Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Very chic boutique hotel with great bar , cocktails and live music.
Disliked: Room is very tiny and difficult to get ready for nights out in London. Limted space for suitcases etc.

The most colourful, unusual hotel...

Liked: Our 'Petite' room was comfortable, very clean and had air conditioning. The bathroom was truly tiny but had a good shower with beautiful toiletries and towels. Location was great, very close to the tube and good shops/restaurants.
Disliked: We didn't dislike anything - we knew we were booking a 'Petite' room and that's what we got. A bigger bathroom would have been better and when we return, we'll book a bigger room.

Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated having a private balcony with a table, which made my stay even more relaxing.Although the apartment looked slightly different from the photos on the website, everything was still well-maintained and pleasant, so it did not affect my experience.I would also like to highlight the receptionist who escorted me to the apartment – he was polite, helpful, and had such a great vibe.The only minor drawback was that I could not find any slippers in the room.Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.
