i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect...

Liked: Loved my stay at Hux Hotel in London! Super clean, quiet and comfortable with a perfect location and lovely view Special thanks to Hanad and Aitaf at reception they were incredibly helpful and made my stay perfect Highly recommend l.
Disliked: The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It would be even better if there was a full length mirror as there is currently only a small one in the bathroom.

A very nice stay in...

Liked: Cute, boutique hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great location. A/C. Spacious. Felt “homey”. Comfortable.
Disliked: Weak WIFI. For accessibility purposes, it was hard having the elevator up a set of stairs

Recommended for solo travelers

Liked: I stayed at one of their smallest rooms. Although the room was tiny, it was well designed so it did not feel small. I stayed for 3 nights and I had a place for all my clothes, toiletries, skincare and makeup. Compared to other small rooms I had stayed, the design, layout and amenities just made sense here to maximise storage. Location is excellent. If you have anything at Royal Albert Hall, you can’t beat the location. You also have access to quite a few public transport options.
Disliked: This is nitpicking but the very slow elevator.

Can't wait to stay again!

Liked: The staff were so accommodating and personable. The room was great. Just the right size for an out and about traveler. Also they were great sources for local information and a friendly chat. Rooms were clean. The decor was so cool and each employee was kind and great at their jobs. We took pictures with some special staff before we left. That's how great it was.
Disliked: We didn't like that we had to leave. Such a fantastic experience. We will be coming back!
