i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Brief, comfortable, clean and cramped.

Liked: This is a very tiny hotel in Kensington. Exceptionally clean - it has all the benefits of small size. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great stopover for a day or two.
Disliked: The only issue we had was size. As long as you know what you're getting it's fine. The room was exactly as advertisied but very small. Even though there were only two of us we think that next time we'd go for a bigger hotel with access to a suite.

Nice but signature room is...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the facilities were well decorated and unique. The little personal touches were nice, like leaving old coins in our room to be exchanged for cocktails at their bar. The bed was comfortable. If we were larger made people, would have been impossible to get into the bathroom or move around the bed.
Disliked: We had a signature room which is larger than the petit room, apparently. However, we could barely move in the signature room. It was tiny. For the price we paid it's not worth it in my opinion. I can't imagine how the petit room could be any smaller. The room should be renamed as another petit room. Misleading despite the measurements.
