i did not get the room i booked and found my partner & i in a rabbit hutch. the photos on there add are misleaeding , when using the loo my feet were in the shower tray & my head in the wash basin. £130 per night? never again .!!!

Excellent location and service.

Liked: The friendly, helpful service continued throughout our stay.Great attention to detail such as furnishings and room coffee station.Exceptionally clear.Excellent cocktails.Beautiful decor.Great location for Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and Harrods.
Disliked: The lift was out of action, however the staff moved us without any fuss to a lower floor which we were delighted with.

Great hotel, staff and location....

Liked: Room was compact, but this is to be expected in a city. The shower room was modern and very clean. The location was superb on the edge of Kensington Gardens. The breakfast was well cooked and tasty.
Disliked: The lift was out of order and we were on the third floor. The porter didn’t point this out until we reached the first floor. This didn’t bother us, but we have many friends who just could not have made it to the bedroom. We didn’t see anyone attempting any repairs.

Staff friendliness and great location

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. Conor was very helpful as he tried his best to get us an early check in and Henan helped us with our luggage and checking out smoothly.The location of Hux is very convenient, it’s exactly opposite to Kensington Gardens and it has a bus stop right in front of it and a close by station.Hux’s interior design was very unique and exquisite.
Disliked: The room was very small it barely fit the bed.

Anniversary weekend for Chemical Brothers at The Albert hall

Liked: The decor was fantastic and the cocktail bar had a great atmosphere.
Disliked: The room was a little cramped for 2 people to move around but that was all.
