Liked: Checking out and getting away the bad attitudes
Disliked: The fact that we couldn't get checked in and most but not all of the staff acted like they were better than us. We waited for a while at the bar but the bartender was more interested in writing the next big than getting us drinks. I like to be greeted with a smile even if it's fake rather than with a condescending attitude.

Liked: Hotel was great
Disliked: We signed up and were told we had complementary breakfasts up to the value of $30 When we got home we found that we had been charged around $47 each day for breakfast. Not happy!!! Yes they gave an bill, but when you're rushing to get to the airport there isn't time to go through it. Feel that we were duped. We will be contacting the hotel to see if this can be resolved.

Liked: Lounge area was warm and inviting. They have live music playing from 4pm.
Disliked: My husband and I stayed at the Hutton Hotel for 3 nights. My main problem was lack of hot water and poor communication by the reception staff. On the first night we showered at midnight and the water was cold. In the morning I went and complained to reception. The man at the reception desk asked if I knew how to switch on the shower as its 'quite tricky'. I explained that the water was hot in the morning but cold at night. I have a degree, I work for an airline so travel a lot and have stayed in 100s of hotels I am able to work out how to switch a shower on. On the second night at midnight we had another cold shower. So the next morning I went back down to the reception desk. Once again they said they had no idea why there was no hot water and promised to send an engineer to inspect the shower in our room. On the third night we went back to the hotel early to shower. I got in the shower once again there was no hot water. I got dressed went down to the reception desk. Once again the man at reception was 'surprised' to hear it was our third night without hot water. He sent up the engineer who told me I had to run the shower for 10 minutes as the hot water comes up to the floors in pipes near the lift in the centre of the hotel. Water then flows down the pipes to the rooms on the floor. As our room was near the end of the floor it takes longer for the hot water to reach the room. How come the reception staff did not 'know' this? How come there wasn't a message in the room suggesting guests leave the shower running for 5-10 mins to get a hot shower? This hotel put a message in our room offering us £5 discount per night if we opted to not have our room cleaned to 'save the environment' and then wants us to run a shower for 10 minutes to get hot water. Wasting water is not good for the environment. On our departure the front desk took $20 off our bill. Would I go back to Nashville? Definitely! We loved Nashville.
