Super friendly and informative place to stay

Liked: Reception staff (Devonte especially) couldnt have been more helpful giving us not only a hotel list of recommendations but their own personal highlights of the city.
Disliked: We asked for the sofa bed to be made up, first time they just left the sheets for us but they were damp. Went to exchange them and reception were very apologetic, got some fresh sheets which were still a little damp and made the bed ourselves despite reception saying housekeeping should have done it for us.
