Disliked: Room was very small and basic for price paid .No air conditioning which is understandable in an older property but it was very hot at the time and they did provide two fans

Disappointing

Liked: This is my first time in London. I guess it’s a good value for the room. Hotel is Good located. There’s a small shop near by if you need a water or some snacks. Lots of restaurants and cafes in area. There is a lovely woman Albina at reception! She’s very friendly and helpful. Albina marked all the locations on the map that worth visiting and helped with bookings for the best value! Thanks to her advice, I bought the best presents for my friends without wasting my time in souvenir shops.
Disliked: I didn't pay attention to the description of the room I booked. The room had no air conditioning, it was very hot both day and night. There was no minibar. The room was tidy, but not clean. There were cigarette butts on the floor, a long black hair (I am blonde) on the bed. After room service, I received a made bed and the trash taken out.

Liked: The area is very central and quiet
Disliked: The rooms are very small, shower needed an update, and not aircondition

Perfect location & great staff,...

Liked: Excellent location in the heart of Pimlico. Close to restaurants, tube station. Walking distance from main tourist attractions (Buckingham Palace, Houses of Parliament etc.) without being touristy area. Fantastic staff who did try to help as much as they could.
Disliked: No aircon. We complained and were given an extra fan but there was zero airflow in the room (even with the windows open!!) which made it stifling. The shower temperature was not adjustable and was scalding hot. Then had to step out into hot room - very uncomfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel if you were visiting during the colder months, however if it had been any hotter than 25-27 degrees the room would have been uninhabitable.

Great stay!

Liked: Very well maintained, clean and just enough space for our girls trip to explore London! The staff was exceptional, so friendly and helpful, we felt like at home! Next time we are in London we are definitely coming back! Oh, also we got the breakfast option included, very big selection and very tasty, also highly recommend to take that option. Thank you!

Lacks cleanliness. But good location.

Liked: Good location, nearby station, easy to reach needed objects by foot or tube.
Disliked: We got a room which was in “the garden” though it was a basement outside of the main facility. The room had only one small window that didn’t open, so no daylight or air coming in. Also the room and the vents made the room smell horribly, the receptionist said he will come back to check it but never did. Also, the rooms were quite dirty, when we asked for a room service after couple of days, the room was not properly cleaned, only trash was taken out, and beds were made. No vacuuming or floor washing - bathroom was also not cleaned, though we requested the cleaning mainly as the bathroom was super slippery and wet due to steam after showering.
