Enjoyed it that much would...

Liked: Perfect location for us as we travelled down to London with National Express into Victoria Coach Station. Good selection of places to eat and drink in the vicinity. Room was small but bijou, perfect for us.
Disliked: Nothing negative about the hotel, all positives.Staff were very courteous and friendly.

Lovely small place to stay...

Liked: Staff were very welcoming and approachable. Room thankfully had a fan that was already switched on in the room when we got in which was great as it was super hot. Breakfast room was lovely, again with lovely and helpful staff. Nice bathroom with many towels and nice and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities in room.
Disliked: Room was a little smaller than expected. Gap between the wall and bed at the head of it as the wall comes out a little so pillow kept falling behind the gap- we turned around and slept at the foot of the bed which solved the problem. Room was super hot- even when temperature outside cooled down, was uncomfortably hot even with the fan on!

Great location. Cosy but comfortable.

Liked: Location, Lots of shopping variety for food and drink and essentials. Very friendly staff, 24-hour reception.Elevator. Continental breakfast was very nice and good value for money. Kettle /tea/ coffee provided. Bus stop outside the door . It was clean and comfortable but a very small room. ( I chose a single room) Hot water with good pressure.Window that opened slightly.I was on 5th floor, so it was quiet. I booked last minute, so it was a bit pricey, but the location was good. Good door lock.
Disliked: No fridge, however staff were very accommodating with extra milk. No air con or fan. ( it was a very hot London weekend ) No room safe.

Passable

Liked: Lady at reception was very friendly.
Disliked: Had to walk through the dining room to get to our room. It was dark and the lights didn't come on for a minute.
