Liked: It was ideal for what we needed, close to the tube lines, clean, friendly and well priced

Would not go back

Liked: The bathroom was not clean the shower door was really grubby, beds comfy and clean. Room really hot and the fan did nothing. Not coffee or tea facilities
Disliked: We had a room with 4 beds which was next to the lift every time the lift was used which seemed all night we thought we had a tube coming through the room. No sleep had by all

Disliked: Shower did not work and when asking no help or intention to repair or improve was given.

Average rooms

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and the fan was excellent and really helped keep the room cool.
Disliked: The bed was tilted and was uncomfortable and the bedding kept slipping off. The bathroom was tiny and when you sat on the toilet your knees touch the wall. Not ideal for bigger or taller people. Lack of plugs also.

A hotel with an odd...

Liked: The location of the hotel was very handy - close to the Victoria line and also to the Apollo Victoria Theatre for our show. Also, the beds were decently comfy.
Disliked: The location of our first room on-site was very poor and not what we were expecting. We were placed in the “garden” which required a trek to get to from the main entrance. The first room was extremely dirty (despite being cleaned earlier that day) - there was dust covering the headboards, the bathroom fan and the bedroom fan. The fans were necessary due to the immense heat in the room, and so this was very disappointing to see them in such an uncleanly state. As well, I have asthma and I could feel myself begin to become unwell even after a couple hours in the room. Additionally, upon flushing the toilet in the bathroom once, an awful smell of sewage filled the room which did not leave. The shower was also dirty, covered in hard water stains and limescale, and the kettle was also covered in limescale inside. When we complained to the staff member at the front desk that evening, she tried telling us that the room had been cleaned earlier that day. After pushing our case further, she did move us to a new room. This room’s standards were higher than the first, albeit the floor was extremely uneven and there were hardened bleach stains on the bathroom wall that spilled down onto the floor. I understand this is a 3-star hotel, but for the price you pay you do expect a degree of cleanliness and accommodating customer service, and I feel as though we didn’t receive that. I will not return to this hotel in future and I would not recommend it to any prospective visitors.
