Liked: Great budget hotel, fantastic location (10 minute walk from London Victoria) and most importantly, incredible staff, i was cared for from the moment i got there with all my requests and wants met, I was treated like the hotel was just a second house for me and taken care by the worlds nicest receptionist who was kind to everyone who walked in through the front doors.Shout out to Albina! Slava Ukraine (thanks again for your kindness)

Very good

Liked: Guy on reception very nice, gave us good information on buses etc, offered us water as very warm day
Disliked: Room was too warm, couldn’t leave window open due to being on the street level

Highly recommended this hotel for...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. The location was superb, easy to navigate from. Local bus came basically to the door. The bus route was fantastic. We were easily able to reach all our selected destinations.
Disliked: Water pressure in the shower was very poor. Also the toilet struggled to flush properly.

Liked: the location is amazing and the staff was friendly. the beds were cozy.
Disliked: the breakfast was disappointing- there were no eggs for example. the room was smaller than expected and it did not seem like someone cleaned it before our arrival.

Good budget hotel

Liked: Location is great for getting about London with Victoria station a short walk away. Having help yourself continental breakfast a nice way to start your day. Hotel was clean throughout. We were greeted and checked out by the lovely Albina. She was happy and very helpful.
Disliked: Our triple room was very small. Smaller than the pictures show. Ok just to use to sleep in but not to relax in as no where to sit. Ok for weekend away any longer, i would definitely feel the lack of space and storage

Small & Warm Expensive Attic...

Liked: The location was alright. Nice street
Disliked: The room was too warm and noisy. Too much money for a converted attic and a very small room. It was clean.
