Disappointing

Liked: Near the station
Disliked: No AC, couldnt open the Windows because of no screen. Cleaning didnt change the beds, the water in the shower was not going trhough, qe had to wait few minute to take another shower and let the water go. Water Almost went all over the toilet. No employee in the reception when needed. No phones in the room in case of emergency.

Liked: Location close to bus 24 and Victoria station. Staff were nice and helpful.
Disliked: The blanket or quilt is kind of small. Not easy to cover the body if the kid was turning around during sleep. The bathroom has no heating. Felt a little cold when getting dressed after taking showers.

Liked: Breakfast was great. Bus stop was exactly by the hotel. Staff were nice.
Disliked: The life was so slow and always busy. For the first night they gave us a room at downstairs . It was so bad . Ceiling was so short and it didn’t have a air conditioner. We had a chance to change our room for the rest of our stay.

Liked: Not too far from Victoria Station and park area/Buckingham Palace. Quiet street. Nice to have the option of a thinner pillow. Quite nice staff, especially the first night.
Disliked: Room worn down, especially bathroom (single room with twin bed). Not as cosy as pictures. Expected a more advanced breakfast at the price we paid, and the breakfast room filled up easily one of the mornings. Had to ask for small towels twice (not in the bathroom when I arrived). On our departure morning the staff weren't able to order a taxi for us because a certain web page was down. But we got a tip that the bus on the other side of the road would arrive shortly and that went down ok.

Liked: Breakfast could be better. The sheets were dirty. There were some orange spots on. Maybe check them better. For the rest it was nice!

Perfect!

Liked: Such a nice warm welcome when we arrived from a long journey. We made our way to the room and oh wow absolutely beautiful, the smell of freshness hit us. The room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable! I was over the moon with the fan as it was very hot. Reception staff are so nice and a massive plus was the hotel had a lift. It's perfectly situated, 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace road, so many restaurants a minutes walk away. Highly recommend Mildred's!
