Ok to stay, but abusive...

Liked: The location is good, as the street is not busy and there aren't many tourists walking around. The neighbourhood is good and safe. You have the bus stop line 24 just in front.
Disliked: The rooms were so tiny that we could not get into the bathroom. The beds are not very comfortable and tall, so if you are a small person, you need to jump in. Too expensive for what it is. If you only look for a place to stay for 2-3 days and not be on the hotel at all, it's ok.

Pleasant

Liked: Breakfast needs hot meals like sausage or eggs.
Disliked: cold ham, cold eggs.

Should be rated less than...

Liked: Checking in/out was smooth, reception staff was professional at all times. Good location, not far away from Victoria station. Decent breakfast considering overall facility. Surprisingly no noise from outside traffic.
Disliked: Room was very small, no room for baggage, especially in case of double occupancy. Water from the sink pipe was sprinkling around, occasional noise from pipes from neighboring rooms. Slow lift.
