Hutchinson Island Hotel and Suites

Disliked: I attempted to check in at 3 pm - the lady at the counter advised me that my room was not yet ready and told me she would call me in less that 45 minutes. I did not receive a call. I drove back to the hotel over two hours later and asked if my room was ready and she said yes. I then asked her why I was not called and she told me she was too busy. Poor attitude on her behalf. I then requested a late check out for 1 pm - she had the audacity to tell me there was a $10.00 charge per hour after 11. Can you believe after checking my room in late she still has the 'you know what' to charge me for a late check out. Shame on you.
