Pleasant and comfy bed

Liked: Beautiful location peaceful
Disliked: Breakfast extra and no food available on site for lunch or dinnerWiFi isn’t strong enough to reach you all over the property. The pool was cold, the hot tub and changing rooms need some care.The decor was bare around the hotel and the grounds around the site wasn’t manicured to its beautiful potential

Liked: pool and sauna rooms were good
Disliked: restaurant was closed not told till after booking location was through very narrow lanesin advert said dressing gown and slippers none present

Liked: comfortable, quiet,
Disliked: not that we didn't like but a couple of tumblers for water by bed would be good. had to borrow a glass from the restaurant.

Disappointed but comfy bed!!

Liked: Comfiest of beds! Fantastic nights sleep.
Disliked: The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a lot better. It seemed as though the cleaning had been rushed and overlooked. Hair and dust throughout the room. Extremely disappointed with the customer service on the morning of our departure. We headed down for breakfast at the chosen time, however we were stood just in the doorway of the breakfast room for 15 minutes, not one member of staff to be seen or greeted us. So we left. The atmosphere of the bar / restaurant was awful. It certainly needs updating throughout this hotel.
