Great place to stop for...

Liked: Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Had everything I needed for a travel stop on my way to and from a work trip to Denver. Check in was easy, room was clean, and plenty of parking is available.

Very disappointing

Liked: Nothing. The manager refused the credit card. Told me it didn't work, and I needed a different card. I was traveling across Utah, and our phone was off and on with bad reception. We received a message from Booking there was a problem with our card.. ok..New York, New York in Vegas didn't have any issues with the card and Brian Head lodge in utah had no issues with my Visa card and any fuel stations had no issues.. But the manager said we needed another card, that would work. We decided it was best not to stay there after talking to the manager. After talking to him and telling him we didn't have another card to use .He said it was fine he would keep trying it until he gets his money. We did receive a notification from my bank , and he did have the card charged 10 minutes after we talked to him. My advice is just stay away.

Liked: Husker Inn is down home comfortable. Perfect place to stay when visiting North Platt. Friendly, convenient parking lot, clean rooms.

Liked: Great value for a classic little motel.
Disliked: Walks are kind of thin, I could hear the baby crying next door but at this budget rate, and it being a baby crying, it’s not something to complain about.

It was mostly good, but...

Liked: The clerk was nice and helpful in attitude. He even called me when it was late and I hadn't yet arrived, to ensure that I was fine and close by. The room was clean and impressive enough, and the mid-sized fridge had a separate freezer compartment.
Disliked: 1. There is no clerk during the graveyard shift, which could be a real problem if there's an emergency, but this fact was not told to me upon check-in. There also isn't one between 10am and11am, which is a problem because that's when most people want to check out.2. The property is not disabled-accessible; there is no way for someone in a wheelchair to get up over the curb and into the office or onto the level where the rooms are located.3. My room was a weird L-shape, and the bed was shoved up against the side wall, making it hard to pull the covers down. 4. The motel uses a weird Roku system for its TV service, and it was a bit difficult to operate. A regular cable system or other similar simple system would be preferable.
