Husker Inn is quaint if...

Liked: Nice refrigerator and micrwave. Coffee is available in the office. Bed is comfortable. If you want a small place to just crash for the night this might be for you.
Disliked: Husker Inn is quaint if thats the deffinition of small. Small 10x12 room and 5x6 bathroom.No thermostat so can't control room temp as it is on all the time. It cycles on and off. At 5.15pm it was cold and they said heat doesn't come on again until 6pm. Tv was set to Roku only which we don't have. Unable to get ANY local tv stations. The office had to show us how to use the tv but was very confusing.There used to be a smoke alarm in the room, just the mounting for it is there. They said they have to go to Walmart to replace it. Not safe!

I loved staying here so...

Liked: The property was so well maintained. I would love to see it in the summer when all of their plants are in bloom.
Disliked: I loved all the potted plants, tables & chairs to relax in. There was a water fountain that sounded relaxing.
