Disliked: Cleanliness, curtains don’t fit windows or none at all not value for money

Liked: The location is great for our trip and restaurant and bar downstairs is a plus
Disliked: The beds are cold to sleep in and either no curtains on doors or they don’t fit the windows

Disliked: no air con very cold room the window was stuck with an opening that was blowing cold wind could not open or close it blanket was too small and too thin

Hurtville ritz

Liked: Hurstville may not be a known Sydney name to most travellers, I stumbled across it few years ago when the women’s World Cup filled Sydney hotels in the normal hauntsA quick trip on the train from airport, Wiolli creek change, lots of lift at station then 10 mins to Hurstville The hotel is 5 min walk, it’s a big sport bar with plenty of space , they serve food and full bar with pleasant staff, and giant screens u check in at the bar, there is a Westfield shopping centre 5 mins walk so every shop, cinema is there.The room in hotel are old and could do with a bit of paint, but very clean, air con, quick wifi, bed very comfortable , fridge and free water and loads of coffee and milk on the trayThe bar noise does leek into the rooms but if you’re just wanting a room for a few days to recover from flight and lag , then this ideal, only a twenty min train ride to the city. For £50 a night it’s a bargain

Good

Great value in the city

Liked: The rooms were perfect, lots of space and very clean. The pub below was beautiful, the staff were great and the food was delicious.
Disliked: No parking on site but we did find a parking station about a 5 min walk away.

Convenient but needing some updates...

Liked: The hotel is very central and convenient with nice meals downstairs
Disliked: The rooms really need an update, very old and in great need of renewing, especially the bathroom
