Noisy corridors, smell of marijuana

Liked: The Receptionist photocopied my Credit Card both sides. I had to warn him that any loss of my money or scam he will be the first suspect.
Disliked: Rooms need refurbishment

Exceptional

Liked: The local people and location was absolutely perfect and convenient with everything you need...we will be staying next time we hit Sydney
Disliked: The only issue was hurstvill Ritz needs microwaves in their rooms and TV streaming available only down fall please get microwaves

Save your money and stay...

Liked: Pretty much nothing.
Disliked: This place cannot be considered as a hotel. They are basically rooms above a karaoke and pokie bar. Smokey room, old and dirty hallway, shared toilet that cannot be locked, super loud partying downstair even after 12am. It seems that they have never clean and maintain this place at all. One of the worse place that I have ever stayed.

Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff good location
Disliked: Roaches in the bathroom, noise and shouting all night until 5am , no doona just a fleece blanket and sheet

The place was affordable and...

Liked: It was close to where we wanted to be, and very close to the station and Westfield
Disliked: The rooms literally didn’t have blankets, just a very thin sheet on each bed, and an aircon that was only on cold and not adjustable (switching off was possible)

Peaceful.

Liked: Didn't eat a breakfast during our stay, although we ate dinner there and the food was excellent .The location was the main reason we booked at The Ritz.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like about the Ritz I enjoyed my time there, and would return in the future.

OZ TRIP

Liked: Location was ideal for what we required Reception & bar area were very modern staff members we met were very friendly & helpful check in was easy with them Bed was comfy with complimentary water and biscuits tea making facilities also there
Disliked: The rooms were a bit dated could do with a refresh hot water tap in sink in bathroom was broken We were in room 12 which was at the back of hotel and there was lots of noise coming from outside unsure of its source but went on well into early hours of morning
