Not bad, just a bit...

Liked: Clean, quiet room. Nice view overlooking the pool area. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was fine.
Disliked: We stayed in the Cabana section…had to leave the main building to get into this 2-story building. The hallway smelled stale, like there had been a mold issue.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable located was good
Disliked: Staff distracted on check in and didn’t really want to serve us. No info given on facilities or check out. The staff member has since entered our details in wrong which meant I have been unable to access the rewards program and get WiFi etc for this stay and next stay in element Chattanooga. She has also processed the payment of £161 instead of $161 . No information within room either, only 1 teabag and 3 coffee between 2adults, no staff around to ask questions and when they were they looked so miserable and didn’t want to help. Bar man was nice but drinks extortionate. Very disappointing stay and still need to sort amount been charged out

Meh- close to the space...

Liked: The location was very good.
Disliked: The "cabanas" and the 'view" are otherwise known as the original motel that was refurbished to appear upscale was no better than a holiday inn. The view was of the parking lot.The room was not ready an hour after check-in nor 30 minutes later. It was disappointing to have such an average experience at a hotel with such a stellar reputation.
