I’ll not stay there anymore...

Liked: Almost nothing
Disliked: The spa was closed without mention in advance and breakfast was not good at all

DONT STAY HERE

Liked: The outside grounds
Disliked: Everything else it’s was dirty, smelly, my room was filthy, my window backed out onto the bins, the swimming pool was absolutely vile.The list is endless.

Exceptional

Liked: Beautiful building and grounds. Modern clean rooms. Very quiet. Buffet breakfast had a huge variety. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A pleasant short stay.

Liked: Beautiful grounds. Quiet, clean and comfortable room. Surprisingly tasty fry-up.
Disliked: A little worn in parts. Way finding could be better. Real coffee with breakfast would be nice, not self service from a machine.

Not worth spending extra on...

Liked: The grounds are stunning and beautiful.The water fountain was in Harry Potter, where James and Lily danced
Disliked: The food is questionable we booked a table for 19.30 and the food didn't come out till 21.30 it was luke warm and tasteless (6 different dishes).Breakfast in the morning was very dry where it was sitting out.Paid for a superior room, felt like a standard premier inn room, nothing special so don't waste, extra money.Air con also didn't work, not fun when weather was over 30 degrees 😫

It was okay nothing more

Liked: Staff were very friendly
Disliked: I waited over an hour for a wrap at dinner and had to go and ask where it was , they apologised and told me the kitchen was busy with a large table …. It’s a Hotel they should be used to this
