Disliked: The pool was not open and we were not aware of it. Also you can book cheaper through the hotel directly then you can through Booking.com.

Liked: Absolutely beautiful. The grounds were amazing. My daughter loved the pool as every time we used it we were the only ones in there
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like. Our stay way fabulous. The only complaint was that we didn’t have any towels which when asked was quickly rectified.

Liked: Stayed here a few times lovely place but out dated with the bar and hotel reception area rooms and ok clean and tidy.
Disliked: Flooring in. Bar and reception and through to main house was in poor condition

Disliked: Bathroom was not clean at all. Human waste left in the toilet, grime thick on the floor, dust and stains on the sinktop.Dead flies and wasps on windowsill, paint chipped and mould growing. Mould around the lighting. Brown stains all over carpet!!Pool was shut with no notice which is the main reason i chose the hotel. Was for a friends birthday and put in a request for room decorations which they confirmed they would do and did not do.Receptionist did not seem bothered about our complaint, said there was nothing he could do. Rang the manager and she asked to switch rooms so we said yes. Upon first inspection it was better, but it still had mould growths and stains everywhere.When you pay over £100 for one night at a luxury hotel you expect it to be top notch, but we were really disappointed. Would not come back.
