Liked: The staff was particularly amazing! Shout out to Sophia, Abby, Bell men (didn’t catch their names), Chet’s bar & grill staff. Very hospitable and accommodating. Our room layout was very well planned, modern amenities, great for family of 8. It was a room with a loft with a bunk bed.
Disliked: The mattress was very uncomfortable and it caused my back to strain. It was disappointing given that everything else was so wonderful.

Liked: The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The property was in a great spot and very clean. All were very upfront about the construction for the new tram but it really didn’t impede the view.

Liked: Beautiful surrounding area and the lodge was cozy and inviting as soon as we pulled up

Do your homework before you...

Liked: The staff were patient and accommodating. Rooms clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It’s not well marked. Parking isn’t convenient. Staff made up for it by giving me free drink coupons which I promptly used because I was so frustrated about finding where to check in and park and the walk to my room was too long. I tried calling to locate the hotel but the phone doesn’t ring at the desk and four people were waiting to help me. Nice clerk was sympathetic. There are limited short stay choices in Big Sky. You can ride the chair lift for free in the summer if you stay here.

Liked: Amazing, functional and comfortable.
Disliked: Smug young door guy, with passive aggressive sarcastic comments.For example he asked if I knew where parking was. I said yes. He then questioned where was that, like a test. Then til be everyone gets lost and that I’ll be back. This after some other smug comments earlier on. This does not add to my experience at your establishment.
