Liked: I loved the room decor, and the public patio was fun and had a beautiful view. Also being so close to the beach and shopping was so nice! Hotel employee was so kind and helpful.

Watch where you walk on...

Liked: The location was perfect. The hotel was nice with the usual amenities except coffee pot, there is not one. I fell as soon as I arrived on the cement steps to get to the rooms. I told them when I registered. There was no offer of help and the injury wasn't acknowledged. No checking in with me to see if I was okay during the stay. That type of attitude doesn't win hearts and minds. I actually loved the location and would've returned. Wish they had some empathy or consideration. It cost me a knee brace, lots of Advil and ace wrap to finish my vacation.
Disliked: Ignoring me as I pulled myself up and down the stairs while wincing in pain. They saw me.

Disliked: There is nothing not to like about the property is a great place to stay

Liked: Nice location, good customer service.
Disliked: Bed felt uneven, carpet felt dirty, shower head gives a very uncomfortable shower, no coffee maker in room, and the door is not very secure. Realized later that anyone could’ve entered my room because the locking mechanism for the door knob doesn’t work properly.
